You will receive your package in a plastic-free box inclusive of paper-based tape and labels.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification via e-mail containing your tracking information.

Prices
If you would like to shop in your local currency, please select from the currency dropdown in the page footer.

Prices for packages shipping to the USA, Europe, Australia and Japan do not include duties. Payment of duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers may use one promotional code per order. Promotional codes may not be combined.

Price adjustments can be made if the price of an item changes within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Returns and exchanges
Body of Work does not offer refunds on any purchases. Body of Work does not accept exchanges on any collaboration products, or items purchased on sale. 

Non-collaboration items purchased at full price are eligible for exchange or store credit contingent on the below details:
- You have 7 days to request an exchange for your purchase from the date of receipt - this date is based on the tracking information via the shipping provider
- All required information for the exchange requested by Body of Work must be provided to Body of Work within 7 days of the request for an exchange for approval
- Any shipping, duties and customs fees for exchanged items must be paid for by the customer

Body of Work is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you in locating your package as best we can. Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
